OLD BUSINESS
Cleaning: Our

notice. "Neat and Pretty" will
assume this responsibility beginning August.
We received an estimate of $50/week from them.
Abandoned
Vehicle: An abandoned car has been on our premises for
over a month. Fran will contact towing
company to have it removed.
Web Site: The
board agreed to pay Phil Purpura $155.40 for maintaining our web site through
the end of 2008. This is $12.95/month
for the year. Nancy and Ed are looking
into a replacement for this service.
Friendship
Game: Cost of our Friendship Game held in Fairhope
this month was under the $500 maximum amount approved. The board appreciates the time and efforts of
Art and Evelyn Meyer and Nancy Robinson, as well as all those who helped with
this function.
Saturday

The kibitzer involved will be contacted for comments before further
action is taken.
New Chairs and Posting Signs: Jean will look into the cost of replacing
four of our orange bridge chairs with black ones (arms and wheels), and will
also look for signs for our property, e.g. "No Trespassing/Dumping -
Violators will be prosecuted."
