Dear Friends,

As I begin my tenure as president of Unit 215, I wish all of you a happy and successful new year.  
We have much planed for 2005. 

Repairs of the unit clubhouse are going forward.  The insurance covered most of this expense.  We also 
hope to “refresh” the interior this year.

Our next sectional will be June 3 - 5, 2005.  Flyers will be coming out shortly.

The big unit project this year will be the split regional in October.  For this to be successful,
we will need everyone’s help.  You can begin by collecting trinkets for our registration bags.  Many 
of the businesses you regularly deal with can contribute pencils, note pads, etc. Door prizes are 
also needed.  It only takes a minute to ask!

This year, on the first Saturday of each month, the unit will be hosting a Unit Championship Game honoring 
all members who have achieved a higher mastership ranking (Club Master, Life Master, etc.).  This game will 
be stratified and offer increased masterpoints.  Please come so that we can celebrate the accomplishments 
of our friends.. The game will be held at 12:30 p.m. at the Mobile Bridge Center on University Blvd.   Bring 
a finger food and join in the fun.

The unit board will continue to meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month.  I hope you will e-mail or phone me 
to offer any suggestions for the unit’s  improvement.
